In 2012 Creeslough town came to a standstill when Jim McGuinness and the Donegal players brought the Sam Maguire home after winning the All-Ireland final. St Michael’s players Christy Toye, Colm McFadden, Peter Witheroe, Martin Mc Elhinney and Daniel Mc Laughlin were all members of the Donegal team.
